How It All Started
July 2019
Chikara Clinic is established by Dr. Ankur Chikara as a telehealth initiative to provide ethical, round-the-clock
July 2020
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Chikara Clinic offers free digital consultations to over 1,000 patients, acting as a dependable healthcare lifeline.
December 2021
The name Ekaayi is conceptualized by founders Dr. Ankur Chikara and Dr. Kalpana Sangwan as the unified brand for all future care initiatives; Chikara Clinic officially becomes part of the Ekaayi ecosystem.
May 2022
Ekaayi Medcare Center established in West Delhi, initially offering Internal Medicine, Ophthalmology, and Retina services.
December 2022
Expansion with the addition of Ekaayi Pharmacy.
February 2023
Ekaayi VisionCare Eye Center is inaugurated, led by Dr. Kalpana Sangwan, offering advanced retina, uveitis, and laser-based ophthalmic care.
August 2023
Dentistry services introduced.
