Dr Ankur Chikara
Dr. Ankur Chikara is a Senior Consultant Physician and Diabetologist at Ekaayi Medcare Center, New Delhi, with over eight years of experience in internal medicine. A gold medalist from UCMS, he specializes in diabetes care, cardiology, and liver infections. His research spans dyslipidemias, hypertension, and COVID-19-related neurology. Previously, he served at Safdarjung Hospital, where he led the SARI team during the COVID-19 pandemic. He has numerous publications and has received multiple awards for his work.
Dr Kalpana Sangwan
Dr. Kalpana Sangwan is a Senior Vitreo-Retina and Uveitis Specialist at Ekaayi Medcare Center, Vikaspuri. Trained at Aravind Eye Hospitals (F.V.R.S.) and a Fellow of the International Council of Ophthalmology, she brings over 10 years of experience, with 1,000+ retinal surgeries and 5,000+ retinal lasers performed. Her expertise includes sutureless vitrectomy and management of retinal conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, PCV, and age-related macular degeneration. Recipient of the Young Ophthalmologist Award 2020, she is committed to innovation and excellence in advanced eye care.
